Thermal power plants
                            Revitalization and  modernization of TPP Bitola 
                            
                              - Rehabilitation and modernization of boilers and reducing NOx in TPP  Bitola and modernization of the cooling towers. 
- Monitoring the financial implementation in  accordance with agreements. 
- Rehabilitation and modernization of TPP Bitola with reduction of SOx and  dust. 
Preparation  of Project Task for the feasibility study for comparative analysis of  modernization and revitalization of REK Bitola - third phase - reduction of SOx  and dust, expanded with the influence of all the harmful substances emitted  from REK Bitola. 
                            Heating of Bitola,  Mogila and Novaci - First phase 
                            
                              - Prepared updated geodetic base and a preliminary report for numeric  data. Final report for  numeric data will be made after the adoption of project infrastructure. 
- On the advice of KfW Bank along with the maker of the basic design made  optimization of the project is made taking into account the lower coefficient  of connection of households and business objects rather than 0.75 as in the  study, a coefficient of 0.5 by which the heat consumption in the first phase  was reduced to 100 MW. In the second  phase it is foreseen an additional consumption of 100 MW, and in the last phase  is planned consumption of 200 MW. Delivered financial  analysis to KfW Bank, based on medium heat consumption planned for the first  phase. 
- Prepared  report on assessment of the impact of the project on the environment for  transport hot water line  REK Bitola - Bitola and approved by the MEPP. 
- Made studies for evaluation  of the project's impact on the environment and is supplied to the MEPP 
- In phase of preparation is  a major project and infrastructure project of transport hot water line and  distribution network. 
- In phase of  preparation is the basic design of the  primary pumping station Bitola. 
- In phase of preparation is  the main project of the local pumping stations Novaci and Logovardi. 
- According to the contract for consulting services, held meetings with  consultants from the Faculty of  Mechanical  Engineering in Skopje on optimization of the heat and the main equipment. 
Modernization of TPP  Oslomej 
                            
                              - Selection of vendor and signing a Contract for the feasibility study and  implementation of the project "Modernization of TPP Bitola" (The  lowest bid submitted by AF Consult - Switzerland) 
- Completed activities to  collect data and technical documentation. 
- Submission of a study on  supply of coal. 
- Selection and approval of  the optimum concept of modernization of TPP Oslomej. 
- Delivered notification of intention  to implement the project to MEPP. 
- Submitted a draft version  of the study. 
- Presentation of the  consultant before the managerial and technical persons of TPP Oslomej  (24.09.2014). 
- Two presentations of the  consultant to the Managing and Supervisory Board of JSC ELEM 
- In accordance with  the Agreement on consultancy services, meetings were held with consultants from  the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Skopje and FEIT. 
- Preparation of observations  and comments on the draft version of the study and submitting them to the  consultant. 
- Development of qualitative  and quantitative analysis on the  supply  with fuel of TPP Oslomej. 
Optimization of  Energetika 
                            
                              - Selection of vendor and signing a contract for composition of elaborate  - study to optimize the plants and the technological process  with AF Consult – Switzerland. 
- Submission of required  data/substrates to the consultant necessary for carrying out the study for  optimization of the plants and the technological process. 
- Submitted a draft report  with basic data. 
- Submitted first version of  the FS. 
- In accordance with  the Agreement on consultancy services, meetings were held with consultants from  the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Skopje.
